OBX Headers Dyno on my CLS... Gains are AMAZING!
First Sorry for the delay.. Dyno and Installation started around 11:00 AM and finished at exactly 2:00 PM!!! I had to go home for launch and and I just came back to the office....
Yesss... I did the dyno on my CLS ( Nashua Night Hawk )...
The results were AMAZING!! It ouperformed the Comptech's!....
It is a long story ... be patient and you would be happy!
Any one can guess how many WHP I gained from tle OBX headers?

Oh Yeah, Scalbert has to allocate 100 MB of HD space... I have some 80+ 2560x1920 pictures to be hosted and the 2 pages Dyno Graphs...
I do not expect to post them tonight, Earliest is Tomorrow.
Also, Mr. gary Wang... When I mentioned to the guy who was dynoing before me that those headers would give 30+ WHP.... he said ... "Nah.... that Market BS.... you would expect 5-10 WHP from those... and I
..." When the second dyno was done and he saw that I really gain 35 WHP.... he was like 
.... and said you should have the proof before claiming 30+ WHP and now you do... and I was very 
I will write up the full story tomorrow...

Guys... I am working on NT 4.0 station at work ( no USB connection to connect to the Digi Camera, NT does NOT support USB fuk you MS!) and of course we have T1 link. At home, I have XP Pro, but since I do not have home Internet service yet ... I am heading right now to Best Buy to buy my D-link Cable Modem and I will place the order AT&T BB service!
The other alternative... is to sneak my XP Pro Box to the office and upload the photos....
Talk t you tomorrow heading for Best Buy....

I just realized something!!!!!
Nashua has the UR PullySet running................. if he gains 10hp....the gain from the headers is around 25.....which would be the middle ground of comptech, it would infact be less than comptech.

i thought he said the dyno for the headers were 35hp....im sure he means that he dynoed with everything but the headers, and then with the headers, resulting in a 35hp increase....im lost...

Two important questions...
1: HOW MANY PULLS DID YOU MAKE? WHAT WERE THE RESULTS OF EACH PULL?
2: YOU GAINED 35hp and 20torque COMPARED TO WHAT PREVIOUS DYNO AND WHAT MODS HAVE YOU DONE SINCE THEN THAT YOU FORGOT TO ACCOUNT FOR?
$5 says he forgot he added the pulleys since his last dyno too.

i shaved over 3 tenths off my 1/4 mile time w/ the pulleys and new tires.
i must have netted at least 10 whp from the pulleys.

He said that he was going to dyno without the headers first....meaning with the pulleys and the intake and all. Then he was going to install the headers and then dyno again. Same day is what I remember him stating..that way the weather and such would be about the same...car conditions too. So I would assume that he really does mean 35 off the headers alone. That would be great!

35whp from headers on our cars is impossible. He already had the UR pullies installed. I simply can not believe that a ripoff design will net nearly 10whp and 10ftlbs of trq more than comptech dynos. How is it that OBX are getting more power than the headers from which they are copied??

guys, the pullies have nothing to do with this dyno....the pullies were INCLUDED with for his BASELINE Dyno numbers....the headers gave him an additional 35 hp over the BASELINE numbers (whatever they are, he hasnt said yet). so him having pullies doesnt mean anything, its not like he dynoed it stock and then put pullies AND headers on....the pullies were all ready on BEFORE he did his baseline dyno, so the headers DO INFACT give 35 hp....think about it....
