This is my understanding and not the acutual warranty policy.
You can read the exact wording of the policy, it is shipped with each set:
If the Headers weilds fail, you contact SSAutoChrome and your case would be studied. If the problem was related to poor material or labor quality, you will get a new headers as a warranty replacement. for warranty shipping deatils you have to contact SSautoChome.

does the car get much louder with these. i'm planning on keeping the stock exhaust. however, the thing i like most about the cls is that it's quiet, esp on the highway.
so how's noise on highway at 2000-2500 rpm
how about round town, 2500-3000 normal driving
how about wide open 7000 redline runs, get pretty loud or not?

It is bit louder ... simply the more flow the more noise. I have the stock exhaust, the sound is deeper and throatier but not buzzier.
On the HW, with the windows closed it sound the same till you drop a gear and floor it. Around town, with windows dowm, if you gas it to 3500 rpm you hear a deeper note... lovely to my ears..
At 7000 rpms, at night... it is a banshee

So far, no word of the 6-speed headers nor when the OBX headers get CARB excempt...
Effort has to be done to encourage OBX to make those moves.

I paypaled them, but I never got conformation that they got the money (eventhough paypal said they got it), or any thing. I email them in the morning again.

Mabye this question has already been addressed, but --
I understand the OBX headers were made for Accord v6. What are the main differences between the OBX ones and other aftermarket Accord v6 headers (Like Greddy, Comptech, Prototype Racing, etc) ? Do they not fit on the Acura CLs, or is OBX the cheapest of them all?

only header that are out and work for cl are comptech and OBX..
and OBX are much cheaper in price 60% less than comptech, and
same damm design. Prototype headers are not out yet(who knows if they will come), but they
do offer a new design and better performance.

My set, did not have the O-rings, I reused the stock ones, we could not extract the one on the catalic converter side, the shop had one.
I think if you prefer buy those )-rings from the dealer they cost only few bucks.

i paid via billpoint this morning and ive already received a tracking number, however according to the gentlemen ive been emailing with, they will ship out this afternoon, or at the latest, tomorrow.

If they’re NOT supplied with the headers I really think you guys should be buying those three “O-Rings” before the install.
They are made of soft METAL and compress somewhat during install.
Even if you have a new car I would recommend replacing them.
