Last week, the cable listings were changed up on my TV, so I decided to stop by the cable store to get a new line-up card/sticker.

I asked about high-speed cable and they said "Would you like to get Roadrunner cable today?" They gave me everything I need to get hooked up last night, so this is my first post using cable.

I have T1 at work but this is nice to have at home (upgrading from 28.8 modem). Now I can better keep up with this forum in the event it heats up again.

Kansas enters the 21st century, finally.

DEAR LAWDIE!! You Kansas folk have broadband internet access already, and here in Anaheim Hills, CA there is STILL NO FRICKIN BROADBAND AVAILABLE. How the hell did Kansas get broadband before us?!?! DAMN ADELPHIA CABLE AND PAC BELL!!!!!

...oh and I used to live in Kansas btw...Witchita I think? Lawrence? It was like 15 years ago.

Ken - I've been on cable for over 2 years now. Yeah, it's pricey but damn I love it! I'll never go back to dial up again.

i mentioned this before but i own this stock...darling of the nasdaq 2500 gain last year...well to make a long story short between that damn greenspan and the phone companies its down a record 3000 % every one wants broad band and noone seems to be in the area where service is available btw TERN is the symbol terayon:MAD:
