Not the smartest way to get $10,000 rims

One of the Tennessee Titan players got carjacked a couple of days ago. They found his S55 a couple of blocks away minus the $10,000 rims. PUNKS!

http://www.tennessean.com/sports/tit...nt_ID=34190380

''He just pulled the gun out and cocked it back, that's what made me run,'' Schulters said. ''If you're going to rob somebody, you're going to stick them up. But you cock it back, nah, you're trying to shoot somebody then.

The black 2001 Mercedes S55 was found last night on Heiman Street in North Nashville last night, a Metro detective confirmed. Two TV reports said that the rims, which Schulters estimated cost $10,000, were missing. Mercedes-Benz USA prices a 2003 edition of the S55 starting at just more than $107,000.

''But that car don't mean nothing to me,'' Schulters said. ''I'm glad nothing more happened.

Well I feel sorry for him! Have you ever had a gun pointed at you? That's gotta be one scarry time. I could care less about the car, although I'm surprised that he says the car don't mean nothing to him?

I feel bad for him too.....just cause he can afford new rims doesn't mean he deserves to get jacked

So does my car if I have to die trying to keep it...if he wants it bad enough to shoot me, he can have it. I will walk around ALIVE until insurance took care of me

Me too, Yes, not if your drunk...

I carry a gun whenever I do late night WORK while on the ROAD... Trust me, I am far from being a little whimp... I once had a guy try and mug me at 3 A.M., I opened my jacket and he seen the butt of the gun shine and he turned around and ran.

I remember the first time I bought my first gun, my Father said "Son, if you pull this gun on someone, you better intend on using it"... Needless to say and thank God, I never had to pull it, point it or use it...

Be careful guys... I get alot of gun shot accident cases in.

cant you get arrested for carrying a "concealed weapon"? how does this whole gun ownership work in the states. Well i guess it varies from state to state. Is it legal or not to carry a gun? and what types of guns are illegal to carry or own? i dont think u can walk around with a fully automatic mac 11..

License to carry a concealed weapon... Renews every 5 yrs with a new photo and 15 bucks in my county. Beltfeld is so much better at answering these questions... Find him and PM him..

It does vary from state to state. Some states have concealed carry permits, some don't. If you have one from one state, it may or may not be valid in another state. You have to make sure the other state has concealed carry reciprocation with your state.

Most of the time, it's the good guys who have the permits. The bad guys don't bother with permits.

If you carry a concealed weapon and you don't have a permit that is valid for the state you are in, yes, you can get arrested.

In some states, though, you can carry a non-concealed weapon (holstered gun, for example), legally without a permit. Brandishing it (waving it around, pointing it at people) is not legal, though.

I would have been fighting. I had a gun shoved down my throat at an early age of 16, and I always said that if it happened again, I'd die right there. I would have stuck my foot up somebody's ass that night!

Having a gun pulled on you is a mind numbing experience. You don't know how you will react until it happens to you. I've had guns pulled on me several times, mostly when I was in my teens.

Oh yes I can...I do whatever the guy says to do until I can:

a) Safely disarm the guy or
b) Run like hell.

I think

GA issues concealed carry. You can also carry in exposed holster without carry permit.
