not good-time to get sways...

well, my car spun out this morning going 45mph on a hard right 100-degree turn... thing is I usually always have fun taking that corner, but then i took it a little faster than i usually did... adreneline rush cuz i was on my to take a midterm i guess... but i dunno...

first i successfully made the turn and right after i felt the loss of traction... i had to countersteer 3 times! and with only a 2-lane road i was hella scared of hitting the curb... luckily i regained control and went straight...

thing is though with all the roll i felt at the apex of the turn i kinda had a bad feeling about it, but by then it was already too late... TCS was goin off like crazy...

wow... i don't know if i should be disappointed or not surprised that it happened... i was thinkin of investing the money for the d2r's... but now i think i'm leaning toward sways... what do you guys think???

Sways does NOT save you from losing tractions. Tires DO let you stick to the ground.

Sways will reduce the annoying and distracting body roll. That is it.

I recommend investing in Sways and Tires.
I do have Snow and Summer tires. The Best for both extreems.

Ah, Isee know... You know why lost control....
Cause you are using different tires in front and rear.... That is purely BAD choice...

Different tires tread pattern and make let the tires behave differently... How do I know... I lost control myself on a corner when I had a Michelin Stock tire serving as "Spare" among 3 UHP Nitto. That was bad and I hit a curb. lost another tire/rim screwed the front alignment, I will never do Tire Mixing ever, period.

Sways will give your car more predictable and balanced handling.

I've read the P7000 SS is difficult to drive at the limit. Lets go without much warning & not very predictable.

Sways will help you turn/corner at a higher speed with better control of your car.

Toyos rock, my wear is outstanding so far. They are rated 280 i believe, which is almost as good as the crap stock tires.
