Nosemask?

What about a nosemask? The car is black......will it help with bugs and nicks.....or is it more hassle than its worth?

Nose mask

3M has clear stick on nose masks. Almost invisible. Much better than bras. Motorweek on PBS had a segment on this material last weekend in NYC area. Looks good.

I have the full nose mask from Acura. It fits and looks real good. The car still lokks better without it. I do not drive my car without it because I do not want any nicks are scratches. Just like any other bra, it is a pain in the but. But, if it protects my car, it is worth it. You can get it from www.ahmotor.com for $120. www.autocarparts has them form $82 to about $370. The one from www.ahmotor is the same one that you get from the dealership.

The nose mask protects the car well from bugs and nicks. Before getting my kit, I use to put it on when I drive long distances. It saved me on a number of occasions. Being that I didn't leave it on 24/7 putting it on was b1tch. It's a very very tight fit. Once you get the hang of putting it on and the leather from the mask strecthes a bit it should take you no more than 5 mins to put it on. I have a TL by the way, but don't think there is that much difference between the two cars when it comes to the mask.
