NOS and VSA

To all of you who have NOS in your car, I have the Zex 75 shot installed and was wondering if you know whether or not the VSA cuts off the throttle while burning out causing the NOS to disengage (also making me lose power) or does it just distribute the power to the non-sliding wheel making it more efficient to leave it on while drag racing?

VSA reduces the throttle, but doesn't cut it completely - kind of 'feathers' it. VSA doesn't
have any facility to re-distribute power to the wheels. It is just a throttle+brakes system.

If VSA engages while you spray, you'll be spraying without fuel.

Unless you've got the UniChip to cut the spray right before the fuel cut.

I have the Zex system so the computer should monitor fuel pressure and cut off automatically in case of rev limiter or any other mishap.

Keyword in your post was "should." Even the zex kit isn't 100% "safe"
