Anyone have any feedback as to how their online store is? If anyone has ordered anything from them did they get it to you quick and how was their overall customer service?

like CLpower said, they are overpriced, and for the most part they may have a lot of marketing and shows and stuff, but that's all they got. they aren't the best company to buy parts from.

I've spoken to reps of theirs in the past, half of them don't know what they are talking about.

 

I got great service from them ordering over the phone but that was years ago. 1995 I think. Way before I had a computer.

 

Well the overpriced reasons don't fly b/c the price of those pulleys are waaaay below anyone else. We'll see what happens.
