The passenger seat motor (forward and back) is easily 3 - 4 times louder than the driver's seat. Took it to the dealer today and he gave me the "thats normal" routine. Seems to me that that motor is not properly lubricated or maybe the seat is torqued down on the track too much.

Anyone have any experience with the power seats?
