Noise after sping install

There is a clicking sound coming from under my car when I roll it out of the garage in the morning, sounds like it is coming from the area of the wheel wells. I don't know if it has anything to do with the Eibach springs I had installed, but it just started doing it a couple of days ago and I've had the springs for 3 months or so. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Is it a single click or does it repeat? If its just one click, its probably the brakes adjusting themselves when you back up.

It's multiple clicking... I drove to the store maybe 3 miles away and it was still doing it as I drove around in the parking lot.

I'd first check that nothing is loose in that area. A nut may have worked itself loose if it wasn’t torqued properly during the spring install.

Another thing to check: there should be some plastic tubing on the first coil and a half of the springs. If you get a flashlight and look in the wheel wells, it should be visible. If it fell off, those coils will come in contact with each other, potentially making a clicking noise. They could still be in place but worn through on the top or bottom, also allowing coil-to-coil contact. (They’re probably not worn though if you’ve only had them on for 3 months.) The tubing will be on the top coils in the front and on the bottom coils in the rear.

If the tubing isn't there, just get some rubber hosing about the size of your coils, slice it down the side and slip it over the coils. It should be fairly easy on the rears (after the rear of the car has been jacked up off the ground) but the front springs may need to be removed to fit the tubing since they’re extremely tight. Good luck.
