NO fold down seat on CL-S???? WHY???

NO fold down seat on CL-S???? WHY???
Subject says all... anyone know why? I can only guess due to noise reduction. That is so inconvenience!!! Where should my snowboard go? I hate roof racks, they make CL-S look ugly and make wind noise too.

they SHOULD cos its such a simple feature but i'm almost glad they dont. I cant imagine how much MORE rattling and rubbing noise could possibly come from there.

I always figured the wall separating the trunk area was there for structural rigidity. Cars with sporting intentions should not flex. Without knowing for sure, this is what I came up with.

Yeah... CL-S was never meant to be a wagon or utility truck. I will just use my old car for snowboard trips. 
It would be much less noise and rattle without the fold down seat. Quietness is golden...
