What the hell happened to the updated DVD that was supposed to include every road in the U.S. fully mapped??

The newer DVD seems to hardly be worth the money, at least in the metro New York area.

Anyone know when NavTech is gonna start mapping EVERYWHERE??

 

I think NavTech is mapped everywhere, just Acura doesn't bother to include the info for some stupid reason.(maybe cost??)

I think acura needs to start becoming partners with retail stores like walmart, mcdonalds, etc... and at least have all of them in the database. It sucks when you type in Walmart and the closest one is 364 miles away, knowing that one is right down the street.

 

The Navi update with the full info is the NEXT release. Every September, it's always the NEXT release.

 

So do you believe it this time? Will the next release have full coverage?

Or at least greatly improved coverage?
