Question Newer style wiper blades

Purchased some of these newer style wipers. Noticed that the 19" on the passenger side doesn't contact the window for the last 3-4" on the far passenger side. Not a huge deal and they were basically free (RainX Latitudes) but wondered if anyone else had noticed the same issue.

Ill check again but I dont think my Bosch Icons have that issue.

PS - I only now have to replace my wipers, after 2.5 years of use. I love Icons.

Yes i got same problem. Looks like the wiper from different car
I have question: how long your wipers last ? Mine does last like just a few months and i dont know why. On my old car it was like one set a year. I dont use it to much though only when needed

i have the same issue.... but i think its because these new wipers dont put pressure on the end of the blade? but it doesn't bug me anymore..

rp guy.. if we buy an inch shorter it wont wipe the top portion the same...

I am running same wipers and it does stick up for last 2 inches when in the full down position. I also dont like these wipers cause they are so big and clunky and stick up too far in your view out window.

I will be going with the bosch next time.

Yeah I hate that. Stick up way too far compared to normal wipers.

The Bosch Icons? Theyre expensive, but they last. Mine only now need to be replaced and I bought them in August 2008.

There are two different wiper lengths. The shorter one is 19inches and the longer one is 24inches.

The one that isn't making contact, would it be possible to bend the blade to have more of a curve, making it "hug" the windshield tighter? I was planning on getting the blade ones here soon.

i just just the crappy oem ones since the new style ones with the flexing don't touch the window the entire time... i bought rain x, armor all, and bosch and they all did the same thing to some degree... only the crappy oem ones did the trick.. and they've been on the care for about 20 months now and still are like new..

i clean them every time i wash the car mostly tho, the keep them mint
