Judging from what I paid for mine that is a little pricey for the mileage and especially if it is an automatic. Also there are a lot of unknowns there with your posted car. i.e. paint condition, door dings, interior, previous owner was 16 and floored it everywhere, etc.... I’d say keep looking and plan on calling around out of your area. A little traveling for the perfect car will be well worth it in the end. Also consult the KBB website. good luck in your search!!

I just got my 03 blk on blk CL-S auto with 46k miles about 2 months ago for 19,700. I think it was a lil high but all the other ones I looked at had shitty paint and crap load of dings. BTW dealers around me always tag these puppies for around 20k so I assume they might just be more expensive in states that get more snow due to their respectable FWD HP and overall minimal interest in RWD thanks to shitty snow weather?

You can finance a car that you buy from a private seller... It's a little tougher then financing thru a dealer, but all you have to do is talk to your local bank or AAA (if you're a member).

People finance cars from private sellers every day...

That's not going to help you at the dealer either. I would say call up and get some info from the banks.

i was told the best bet would be to deal with the dealers. but i have not found one yet. i would have no problems getting it done at a dealer. why do u think that wont help at a dealer people buy every day with not so good credit.dealers are much better at getting a loan. banks are harder.

i bought my 01 cls about 3 months ago. it white w/o navi and had about 57k miles on it. i only paid 11,100. and it seems to be in pretty darn good shape. a minor chip in the paint on the hood and a small curb rash on the back right tire. but it runs great and steers fine. ive had no problems with it and have taken it to the honda place and had them check the tranny and they said no problems as of now
