The new Toyo Proxes 4’s are on
I’ll give a full report in a few weeks, but so far I really like them.
I was worried about the possibility of RUBBING because I went from a 225 width to a 235, but no problems.
I also gave my calipers a “touch-up” because after 2-years and 2-winters they were looking pretty bad.
I gave them the brush-on coat of Rustoleum Black Gloss.
Enjoy…………….

Looks good. I really like the rims with that tread pattern. . . . ![Big Grin](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I love new toyo feel. I'm still only 1000 miles into my T1-S's and they are AWESOME! By far the best tires I've had on this car...

Mounted, balanced, taxes & such, the total was 660.
I could have got them mail order for about 510 shipped, but local mounting & balancing would have brought the price up to a similar total.

Looks freakin awesome Shawn. Those rims wrapped in those tires is a great looking combo. ![Too Cool](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/toocool.gif)
I'm pretty i asked you this once before but how come you painted the calipers black and not red?

I've had my 4's on for a few weeks now, and in the dry & rain they are fantastic, and in the snow, they are decent. Overall they re heads & tails above the Michelins, and for the price, they are hard to beat.

Great choice!
One of the many aspects of this tire I really like is the wheel lip protection. I had a accidental encounter with a concrete curb today and the tire prevented what could have been a very nasty scrape to the left rear wheel.

RED makes them stand out, while BLACK hides them and draws your attention to the RIM.
