They both went on sort of an exchange program thing, they stayed with a family there. They said it was ok in that aspect. One's kind of an electronics geek like me, and said it was crazy in that aspect tho. I was only reffering to the cars b4, they both said it was just normal and alot of compacts.

I really want to go to Germany. Took four years of Deutsche in HS, so I can speak some. Hopefully I'll be going int he spring. My uncle owns a bed&breakfast hotel in a medium sized town, hehe $free.99 stay. Plus I'll get to try out his E class on the Autobahn.

 

I would love to move to Japan, but i have a problem of panicking in crowded places. yeah.. no japan for me..

i do hear that the government is actually trying to pay people to move into the country side away from the cities.. I would love to do that.

I love your car, but those emblems are f'ing hideous. It'd look 100x's better w/ the stock emblems painted white. I don't know, i just associate those emblems w/ rice. never liked the looks of them.

 

I really think that would look better CLpower. White emblem on a black background would be the hotness.

 

From what I read it didn't really have that much affect on only imports. Their was a big USA craze though, but A LOT of it had to do w/ the 0% interest rates american companies were offering, the import companies didn't want to touch that. But everyone lost a lot after 9 11. Ford and Chevy both had HUGE HUGE lay offs.

My personal opinion, I'm not feeling it. The bodykit is full on jdm, if it were painted to match it'd look sick. The rims throw everything off though. I would rather run the stockers rather than mismatch the whole style. The wheels look too bling for the rest of the car.

It's your car though, so whatever you like is what really matters.

everyone was REALLY pushing the anti-import craze.. They were like we dont need to be supporting the japs!!!

So when I asked them about all the american workers in the car plants here and the people in the dealerships they would get quiet for a moment and be like.. well most of the money is going to japan anyway!! rarr!! death to imports!

Yea, its hard to tell from the pic, but up close the "A" is in chrome, on the white background. I took the stock back on off, then when i switched grills i changed the front one also so they could match.
