i posted pics of my housings that were in the process of melting after 5 months, plus i have plenty of posted pics of the 19224's against the Xenons as well as against the stock bulbs...if u do a search and run a search on "Scooter" in the Member field, u should b able to call up all my posts...look for threads where i've described the "burnt housing" as well as "19224 vs. stock or HID"...if u have trouble, send me a personal message, and ill look around and post the links.

oh? After 8 months, I have a slight 'ring' with my M6es.
It is barely visible in my accident pictures.

I think any larger watt bulb, and you'll eventually get some heat damage, but mine is certainly not enough to get excited about.

well, after 5 months, u get this...ok, fine...what about after a year?? 2 years??

so how many people have had their housing damage/melted/cracked because of the higher wattage bulbs?
and how many of you haven't had a problem? I want to do this, but I don't want it that bad if I will need a new housing in the future because of the higher wattage bulb.
