3.2 vs Accord airbox

3.2 vs Accord airbox
Is there any difference between the accord V6 and 3.2 CL/TL airbox? I know the Type S's are different, but the throttle body boot is too big for an accord throttle body. Anyway, if the 3.2's airboxes do flow better, i'd be interested in buying for my dual ram air project
