Hello to all !

I purchased my CL-S on Saturday and so far I'm stoked with the car! I traded my 97' Accord EX Coupe (4 cyl) and some cash for the CL-S. So far I've learned that the tranny is not happy with abuse , the rattles in the car are normal , headers and a CAI are a must , and a bunch of a-holes want to steal my headlights! I guess I'll treat it like my bike, don't leave it too long and shoot to kill! One thing I didn't see off hand, is the 1/4 mile times on a stock car. The car is just under 1 year old, but the 1st owner seemed to take good care of the car. The car belongs to the scraped wheel club. Two are perfect, one has a very minor hit, and one has some on three spokes. I can not take credit for them......yet ! My wife is scared to to drive it .....not because of the power.....but because if anything happens while she has the car !:shakehd: I hope to learn as much from this board as I have from my motorcycle board

The sales-snake said that the 01' Agean BP was rare on an 01'. He said they stopped the "Sunset Orange"?? color mid-year and went to the ABP. I tried to luke as much as I could....for some reason, I've been in the mood to go cruising around Go figure.

The DOM on it is 3/01. It was first purchased on 5/14/01. It's just under a year old as far as warranty goes. It was traded-in last week. I wonder if the person got a 03' 6MT ?

It is hard not to drool with a 190mph wind in your face. I think the ear-to-ear grin also contributes to the drooling problem.

I just got home from Florida and while I was there, I finally rode my friends 99 turbo busa....man, it has a 4" extended swingarm, and good golly is it fast!

I have a mod'd Gixxer 1k, it's a beast too, not as comfy as your bus tho

Where the hell have you been TypeR??????? The ABP came out in about May or June of 01. I bought mine in July of 01!!! I can scan the window sticker if you want!!! I think that since it wasn't in the 01 Acura brochure, not many people know that is was available. Here are the some pics of my baby!!!
ENJOY your new ride Busabud. Did you buy it used?? Sounds like it. Give us some stats, how many miles, etc, etc. WELCOME TO THE BOARD AS WELL!!!!!!!
