personally i'd go with an m5 spoiler...i just hate the oem spoiler.
As far as suspension goes...go with something that'll suit your needs. If you just want a simple upgraded suspension go with aftermarket springs/strut combo. If you want height adjustability and dampening adjustability go with some coilovers.
Intake...i'd go with the icebox just because all intakes have about the same gains and the icebox just happens to be the quietest one.
Weclome to the boards and have fun with ur car

Welcome to the club... In regards to the spoiler its the way you like your car....

Now performance wise, I'd do:

1) Intake - Comptech for a tad more gains, and AEM for the sound
2) Headers - 30 whp is
3) Spring - Loved my H&R Sport drop
4) Sway - Loved the tighter feeling.
5) Rims....
6) Exhaust - Only do if you do FI ( 3 whp and sound only gain w/out FT)
7) My favorite mod - SC Kit- blower whine was intoxicating... loved every second of it...

Do a search cuz they have been discussed over and over again on which mods (stated above) you should buy, and benefits...

Welcome to the forum...

I liked the look of the OEM spoiler enough to buy one when I bought my CL, but now I like clean look of a spoilerless CL

Like shinybluecls said, what suspension mods you do depends on how low you want to go...

If I still have my CL when the shocks need replacing, I'll probably go with H&R springs and Koni Yellows...

See the suspension forum for more details on what other members here have done...
