New Member ..

Hey fellas ( and ladies ), I'm new to this forum, and just wanted to make my presence made and get in on the action. I've been browsing this forum for a while now and have found it to be VERY informative. I picked up my 2003 SSM 6-speed w/o navi on 4/20/02. Currently, I have no aftermarket mods, but after searching, then reading through many on the threads here, I'm definitely set on getting headers and sways first. I've also read a lot about the different brands of intakes, and was wondering which is best overall ( combining all attributes )?

Welcome aboard. This place will make you spend a lot of money... so be careful

As for intakes... both the AEM and Injen intakes are sooo similar it really doesn't make a difference. As for the Comptech IceBox... the jury is still out on that for now.....

Welcome aboard

Like juniorbean sez, you will find the overwhelming need to mod your car (as you have already apparently). I am just about at the end of my list save for sways (CT's) and maaaaaaaaybe an aero kit if one ever becomes available, and that's it! Swear! I don't need a S/C (or do I?)

Thanks for the replies everyone..

juniorbean : wasn't really aware of the Comptech Icebox. I'll definitely put some research into it now.

BC and Mattg : I know, I know. I fiqured I wouldnt add any input or feedback unless I had something useful or at least somewhat knowledgeable to say. I've definitely wanted to respond to a few threads lately so ... here I am

Cheif F1 Fan : about the supercharger - it will void our warranty right ?
