Just one more picture I took while in the garage getting others. Here are the heat exchnagers when viewed fromt he top with the hood open. You can see the 5/8 inch hose run between them.

Also, one more quick and final update. Today on the way home the OAT was reading 97 for most of the trip. When I got home the water temp was right where I expected it; about 108 F.
The new reservoir is on its way, a 5 gallon fuel cell which I'll mount in the spare tire well.

I just got done finishing up the last part of the new heat exchanger system, the larger reservoir. I don't have complete tests yet but it should work out very well and already seems to keep it cooler. After a breif drive the water temp as within a few degrees of ambient; not bad at all.
This is in the trunk right now and fit in witht he spare cover. I'll make another mount for the spare but since I mostly drive to and from the office, this will work for most of the time and is not needed. If I go on a long trip I'll throw in the spare. But this is prefect for use at the track though. There is a vent so that I can use dry ice in there which should provide a very coold charge. I'll try and test this out soon.

so are you not guuna have a spare now??? if so i hope you dont ever get a flat.... anyways looks great scalbert.. buy the way do you have a top mount i/c i dont see a front mount in you pics??

However, it can certainly be done different. In fact, one of the kits being shipped will use a rear mounted reservoir but be mounted to the side of the trunk. It will use the following fuel cell as the reservoir.
