New Headlights are fogging?????
couple of months ago I gotten my headlights replace under warranty and now both of them are starting to fog now thats its getting pretty cold outside. you guys think the dealer would reseal them properly or will they just replace new ones again?
during the day it doesn't seem to fog but at night I could see them headlights fogging
and plus I do a lot of freeway driving so my guess is that the inside HID bulb gets pretty warm inside the headlight housing and the outside temp is colder which causes condensation???
....dammmm I don't know what to do...should I go back to the dealer?

Def go to the dealer.
I wish they would fix these, I had one replaced for fogging and now the other one is fogging. I wonder if it's the seals in the light or the plugs for the wiring that leak. I may have to stop buying headlight protectors as I lose them when they replace the housings.

the one thing thats bothering me is that my new set of headlights are fogging.....hopefully if I"m able to change a new set...they won't fog..if they do then I'm screwed....

yea i just got a brand new headlight and it fogged up in a cupple of days but now its fine...the only thing is that the color looks a little different because the new one is a lot cleaner and the old looks like it has a film of dust on the inside... any idea how i can clean the old one from the inside without ripping it appart?
