Let me start off by saying thank you for the compliments. Sorry it took so long guys. The fogs came from 7th gen accord coupe I got the "oem style" off of ebay. Not exactly a perfect fit but can be modded to fit really well. I also got lazy and didn't wire them to a switch maybe someday I will but for now they are just spliced into my driving light wires. IMO it was a great mod and really helps with lighting.

PS. not slammed (i was cheating).

I will write up a DIY as soon as I get them and figure out how they are going to fit in...

This weekend I plan on going to the Honda dealership to see if they have one of the fog lights in stock. I looked online but I cannot find the dimensions for these things anywhere!!! It looks like the overall length is the problem, but not the heigth. The countour lines of the fog light look almost identical to the bumper inserts from our 03's. In addition, I will be doing some measuring to see how much needs to be hacked off (if any).

Another thing we may need to worry about. The fog lights are meant for an 03 model Honda Accord coupe. The positioning of the fog lights on the accord's bumper is right where it starts to wrap around towards the fender... If you look very closely the accord fog lights bulbs are pointing at a bit of an angle to make up for this. I'm hoping that since the fog light holes in our CL's are straight forward we don't get cross eyed fog beams.

also correct overall length is the problem. however, there is a small height problem as well I haven't cut into it YET I plan on taking a weekend and installing the whole wiring set up and all. I will be extremly intrested too see how you do it soooo....let me know as soon as you can.

These look really good in person too. Didn't seem to take Will too long on this project. He told me one day he was doing it and the next it was done. Second compliment in 1 day on the lights from me my man.

It looks great, I can not wait for the details, so I can do it too.

By the way, which HID conversion kit are you getting? Also, are the CL HID 6000K?

thanks.

Just ordered mine off ebay. I have an 03 CL-P so I do not think I have the wiring for the lights. I'm thinking of just connecting them to come on with the parking lights. They really look good. I can't wait.

The CL factory bulbs are in the 5300k range I believe (I may be wrong)..

6000K is the way to go though... super white w/a tint of blue.

If you ordered the kit off ebay it should come with a complete wiring kit/dash switch

So it looks like the fog lights are different between the 03-05 Accords and the 06-07.

Anyone know which one would likely be a closer fit?

4300k is OEM

5000k is super white with a hint of blue.

6k is more blueish.

8k is straightup blue, and anything higher than that is

Good point here, anyone confirm which ones are better? or which ones they have gotten to work.

can't wait to get into this as it seems like a sweet, but relatively cheap mod.

Mad Props on this!

Looking at both styles of foglights for the 7th gen accord ... it looks to me like the 06-07 fogs might be easier to fit since there's less mounting hardware on the back.

After i looked at both, it doesn't look like the shape of the 06-07 lights would fit as well as the 03-05s.

they look good in the pics and i applaud you for your determination, but the pics are bit deceiving...

could you take a close up of the fogs to show any gaps, fit issues etc...?

This is super sick and looks great!!! About to order the 03,04,05 fogs in smoke from ebay. As far as the HID conversion kits, are you guys ordering this from ebay as well? Looks like its about $149 for the HID conversion kit + shipping.

Alright.......does anyone have a write-up yet? From looking at Wht Ghost's pics, it seems like the 03-05 coupe fogs are more rounded than our bumper slots. Hopefully someone who has ordered these recently can dremel/shape them to fit the housings better. Please let me know!
