New dyno numbers and 2 Germanic kills>>>
Went out to MTI today and put the Slowbra on the drums:
284.5 rwhp / 290.6 rwtq (SAE corrected)
I was expecting 280ish on both, so I was pleasantly surprised.
If the weather holds up for tommorrow evening, it should be some good times, the actual (uncorrected) numbers were 297.3/303.6. A 0.96 SAE factor on that one with 75.3 degrees and a heavy, heavy 30.53 in Hg.
Was feeling a little randy after that, so on the way home I took the opportunity to run a BoxterS and an S4 off the same light.
I put it at 3500 and preloaded the clutch and looked over at both to see if they are gonna get to it (I'm in the middle with S4 on my port side and the BoxsterS to the starboard). Light goes and I give them both the jump, but not by much. As soon as I hear them both hit it, I sidestep and off I go thanks to the DRs. The BoxsterS lit em up bad and was out of the running. I caught the S4 on the 1-2 and walked the dog on him.

Well, got back from HRP (Track here in H-town) and as I figured, I had personal bests:
13.305 @ 105.05
Had a somewhat soft 60' of 2.06, but the track was a little bit iffy for some reason. I know there are a some tenths in the car as is since I was pulling 1.9 60s on the Kumhos and I just need to fing that happy medium between bog and spin on the DRs. Hopefully, this winter, I'll be able to meet my goal of n/a 12s, though I might need the 4.30s to get it done...
Hope I don't bore you CL guys with my drivel...

What was the weather at the track when you ran? (Temp, humidity, dew point (and yes, even wind: speed and direction in relation to the track)) I think if the temps drop and you get the 60' down, you'll have no problem hitting 12.9x's without the 4.30's. Good luck!

I'll excuse myself by saying that it was only my second time out with the DRs, and I am still figuring them out. I figure if I'm skilled enough to pull 1.99 with Kumhos, I can cut some 60s with the DRs.
I should be able to put it in the 1.85-1.90 range before gears.
As far as the weather, it was about 58-60 degrees, low humidity, high pressure and HRP can't be more than 10-15' above sea level.
