New CL-S6 owner
story goes, i blew my third gear out in my 02tl-s. i was going to turbo it and throw a 6spd in their. well when i bought this cl-s6 for parts, it was not worth it to strip it. instead im gonna spend about $1000-$1500 on parts and paint and make it my track car.
my tl-s, going back to stock and might sell it, but then again i want to keep it for a DD

03 CL-S6, needs some body parts and i already straightened out the bulkhead, also need two headlights (housings), and a tail light.

ive already but my tein basic coilovers from the tl to the cl along with the rear progress 3rd gen tl sway bar.
next on list is a cf hood, where do u guys order yours? i dont want to buy oem bc a cf will cost a bit less. then maybe a cf trunk. still need to order some turbo compenents and then the cl will be declared a track car with some street use.
anything i should look out for?

i payed 1800 for the car and 600 for dealer fees, auction fees, and towing. so this really payed off for me,
i still want to keep the tl and just have the nitrous hooked up to it for fun with other cars
. and maybe put some lowering springs on.

I've not purchased from them yet but they seem to have the best prices with good shipping costs. Theyre in SC.

no road lamps for me seeing how the intercooler piping is gonna hit them like it did in my tl. but if it doesnt hit the the inserts i might make them into air ducks to cool off my brakes

Great deal on that CL. Here are 2 headlights if you are lookig for some goijng on ebay.. they have an hour left with no bids.. maybe contact the sell er see if he ahs them if you miss the auction... here is the url to the guys items currently for sale.. http://motors.shop.ebay.com/merchant...rmrsZ1QQ_fromZ
^ he is selling them for $110.00 a pop with ballast and all working no reserve..off of a 2003 CL S from California... I figure if no one bids you can ask him if he has them and get a good deal. or should i say a steal for 110 per headlight...

i bidded on them and asked seller if he can work out a deal since i want to buy both.
thx for the heads up.
its a salvage title, doesnt matter bc we are out of warranty, and for the price i payed for it, i dont really care if its salvage or not. it will mainly be a track car.

stock one, unless their is a nice aftermarket one, im more knowledgeable about the tl side since i owned one for 3years and been on this site that long, haven't ventured to the cl section until i got this car a couple days ago. any nice front bumpers that will fit a nice FMI?
I dont know of bumpers for the cl that may fit your intercooler piping. you are deffinately gonna need some slight modification. I see alot of people keep the stocl front bumper and add lip kits.. preferably off a TL... look into it. I havnt came across any nice front bumpers except for what i mentioned.
