new buyer, lookout for?????

Hey all. I’m a long time member of "hid forum" and was referred here. I presently have a 2000 Integra GSR. Great car but would like to upgrade. I have heard talk of tranny problems (auto) with the cl. This true? What other issues should I be aware of when buying a cl-s?

Oops,
Guess I need to open my eyes....
Found what I was looking for on the forum. Would still like to hear some input though.

Tranny is the big one. Otherwise there's rotors that can warp, and some folks get rattles. Otherwise, the car is pretty solid. Look around a bit, you'll get a feel for it!

Do you think it's worth the risk?

Every car has its fair share of problems. The tranny only affects 10-15% of CLS's on the road. I've had mine for 2 years and my tranny is still runnin' strong.

Looks good. I have always felt the cl looks much better with 18's or 19's, sitting a little lower.

Do it! The tranny problem gets blown out of proportion when you look at it on this forum.
