new to board and considering cls

hey guys, new to the board.

I was planning to get an IS300 5spd when it comes out, but heard of confirmed reports that the CLS will get a manaul. How accurate exactly is this? (I apologize if this has been beaten to death in previous posts).

If so, then sign me up for a CLS. I've always loved the interior and performance, but had never even given it is a shot because it's only in the automatic (and when you live down here in Knoxville, TN where my avg speed to work is 90 MPH and freeway traffic is minimal, I must have a manual)

anyway, price, performance and the whole package, I think the CLS is one hell of a bargain, and since I already own a 98 GSR, I'm acura for life.

the only thing that is keeping me from totally commiting if the manual does come out is the fwd vs. rwd thing and a little wary about the exterior look of the cls, but I think with the right body kit, wing, and 18'' racing hart M5s on comptech suspension, the CLS should look mean enough for me. It doesnt hurt to find out that some people get loads more power just by adding i/h/e and chip.
