new altima got interior redesign pix
i dont know if u guys have seen this already, but for those of u who havent. here:
it s a big step up from theprevious version...
the only thing i dont like is .. the center consle is not slanted... like CL and G35C.... no matter how beautiful they make it as long as it s not slanted.. i dont like.. ex: accord, tsx.

Much better competition for the Accord now. It also comes with 250hp and 249 ft/lbs of torque. A little higher than last year. Also, a 5 speed AT is now available (with manumatic control). The G35 sedan and coupe are supposedly going to have an interior redesign soon. Let's hope they can make it comparable to the TL (which looks great!).

Oh boy oh boy..!! Nissan did not put that stupid looking ugly black chunk of plastic in the grille behind the emblem. I hate that on the New Maxima and the Sentra. WTF were they thinking.. This is more like it..

Pretty nice actually. Not a big fan of the tailights but nice engine and finally a little nicer interior to go with it. Wonder what the price change will be?

I still think it looks kinda cheap.
The Altima was on my top 3 before I got the CLS (Altima 6 speed + leather + V6 and BMW 320i were the other 2)
The inside of the Altima looked "rushed". its hard to say, but there was little things like the radio panel didn't match up, a part of the dash has to be popped back in, the fuel latch looked like someone just took a box cutter and made a hole in the carpet for it. Nitpicky for sure, but it turned me off. Gobs of torque steer too, but that's another story.
