I just got my new issue of Auto World Magazine, definately not the greatest of car mags, and in it they have a review of the 2003 Accord Sedan.

There are only 3 pics and if I could scan em i would. The rear looks just like the last spy shot that was posted. The rear lights sweep around both sides. From the pic shown of the sedan it doesn't look all that bad.

Outside dimensions are nearly identical to 2002. The two available engines are

* 2.4 liter DOHC four-cylinder 160hp@5500 / 161lb-ft of torque@4500

Thats 10 more horses than last year

* 3.0 liter SOHC V6 240hp@6250 / 212lb-ft of torque@5000

Thats 40 more horses and 20 more pound per feet of torque

The four cylinder comes with either a 5 speed Auto or 5 speed manual

The v6 comes only with the 5 speed auto, however they report that the 2003 Accord Coupe V6 will be available with a Six speed transmission.

On the inside a optional DVD based Voice Activated Navigation system is available. Also the guages on the instrument panel are black until the igniton is activated. Plus the steering wheel now telescopes

I don't see where the CL fits in anymore.

All in all seems like a good buy. Prices they say are to remain close to where they are now but we'll have to see.

someone should bust out the trumpet and play TAPS for the CL....cause theres gonna be a funeral for it soon.....oh well. I still love my car, too bad every joe shmo is gonna have a 240 hp accord now that will be basically equal performance to our cars

even more reason to get the supercharger ....................if it ever comes out ................................240hp in the v6 accord is good news for the 04TLS ...........300hp+ anyone

Wow Honda is pretty lame. What was the point of releasing a 03 CL? There's really no point if they are gonna make the Honda and Acura both so similar. Oh well.

I don't see why the came out with a new cl either. Pretty soon, people are going to say "Why don't I get the luxury Honda over the Acura" when it should be the other way around.

This was the main problem with the first generation CL... The only value-add is the better warranty.

WOw...for some reason i was hoping acura was gonna come through with an awesome new model cl. But i am extremely disappointed. I have been saving downpayment money for a new cl, but now i dont know what to buy. i sure dont want an accord, cause they are a dime a dozen. WAKE UP ACURA!!!!!
