need wideband afr advise

need wideband afr advise

Since my car was running weird the other day I hooked up my wide band setup.
I started the car and afr was 14.2 -15.7 at idle.
I let the warm up for 3-4minutes then shut it off. With the change afr the car sounded like it had a slight surge like a vac leak but,it perfect rhythm like a equlizer does with music 14.2-15.7
I shut the car off and restarted it and had the same afr for 3-4minutes longer.
I then restarted again for a 3rd time and afr was in the 16's and the car started running real rough then the last number I seen was like 18 and the gauge blinked off and the car stalled.

I have yet re start it,I'm just looking for some answers to what is going on.

Do I have a vac leak, should a bust out a vac gauge ?

Went out to the car again and the car was in the 16's and was going to 18 and stalled again.
I'm thinking I have damaged the upper side of some of the injectors after reading around.
And I do remember seeing one top that did look like it was torn in a spot. Only reasons I've been coming up with is leaking injectors.

Any help out there ?

Today I retighted every screw on the manifold,TB bolts and started the car with the vac gauge. Had 21.5" vac steady.
Running fine now.
So I guess I have no leaks now if I did before.
I have my fuel pressure at 66psi to have the afr to be good at idle and I think I was seeing 12's wot.
Also,
It almost seams everytime my ecu is reset I have to up my fuel pressure 5psi.
Is that weird ?

I guess I was just playing.
Problem not fixed.
made a video but, it's 330mb in size and I can't get it to load to photobucket.
How can I reduce the size ?
Rain cleared so I was going to go for a ride and had 16's to 18 afr idle then stall.
This running like crap and stalling just started happing since installing my pieces.

Any idea's before I pull my injectors out ?

Today

ran the car for 20minutes from cold start and it ran fine.
then shut it off a ran 2 more times for about 10 minutes.
still fine.
one thing I did notice was my iat's went up so slow and never seen over 80 degrees with coolent temp peak.
afr 14.2-15.5

I then went back to the car 30 minutes later.
and my iat's were 130 and coolent temp was 150 at the start and the car started at 16-18 afr then stall.
Tryied to run the car with no iat sensor and was no beter.
started the car again 16-18 afr then stall.
The only other thing that happened was short trim fell like -27 and map number jump a little right at stall.
So then tryied to run with no map and ran fine just in the 10's with the afr.
cleared code and repluged map and now the car afr was 14.7-15.0 much more in tune.idle was much beter went for a ride and it had much beter acceration. and no lean stall.

I'm going to give it another 30min and then I'm going to try another start and check engine readings.

I had 2 issue's.
Throttle plate was not closing when i thought it was.
And tps screws were comming loose.

I got the plate to close so I could get the idle down.and I reset the tps at .49 and thread locked it.
The car is F'ing ripping again with the best engine idle rpm ever.2nd gear was pulling so hard today.

Only thing now is my tps is not getting to 4.5v WOT because of the larger Throttle wheel on the TB.
But, today I'm going to cut the metal block under the gas pedal to get the extra needed to get to the 4.5v.

I've been getting 72% or less, about 3/4 throttle when floored the whole time I've had this TB.
Got to change that.

Track time tomorrow.
