Need Tip, What IF I stripped the.......(sway bar)
Ok well me and sprio were installing the sways... WELL what we didnt realize that we were stripping one of the bolts.. but not the bolt itself, the part where the allen wrench goes into..So now the part where the allen wrench goes into is stripped, and we cant turn the bolt.... so what NOW?

You're Fucked!!! You used the wrong sized hex wrench, didn't you? SAE -vs- metric
Or did you do have Amir help you? (sorry Amir, I couldn't resist!)
Seriously though, you will probably have to order a new one from Acura parts. It will be a bitch to get it up. But, you can buy a special "stud extractor" to get it out. It's sorta like a tapered, spirol-splined punch that you hammer into the stripped hex area of the bolt, then you use a box wrench or vise grips to turn the stud out. Spray alot of WD-40 on the threads. Even for an experienced "wrench-head", that's a bitch to get out! Good Luck!

I haven't been under the car to look at that bolt. But could you cut off the head and reverse thread 2 nuts and then back it out? Otherwise you need a tap & die set I think its called. Sears sells them.

Also, as a last resort, a cutting torch would work!

You can probably get it out by using a flat head screwwdriver... just take a hammer and smack the hell out of the flat head until it is jammed into the hex of the bolt and then use some vice-grips to turn the screw driver. WD-40 is a good thing to soak the bolt with before you try and turn it.
Good luck. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Shouldn't be too hard to get out.
Once you've completed the project, you'll love the turns! Easy on the first turn.

Have you tried a visegrip or robowrech??
There is a bolt called "easy out" with reverse treads. You drill a hole in the middle of the bad bolt and you screw in the easy-out bolt. As it goes in it unscrews the bad-one or you can use the new bolt-head to unscrew with a socket wrench.

Along the same lines as what's been said before... you can take a Dremel tool and grind a little notch in the head then use a flat-head screwdriver to back it out. This has worked for me several times when I've He-Man'd bolts and snapped the heads right off.
Good luck!

Ok let me save you with this. Here's what you do for this.Obtain some good quality needlenose visegrips, next get your 14 mm wrench out and get ready for a bit of a struggle. With the visegrips in hand get under the car now look at the end link where it goes thru the sway bar.You will see that there is a step on the other side of the end link.It is located where the end link stud goes thru the sway bar, once you have that in sight use the vise grips to grab and hold this step now you can use the wrench to get the nut of the stud.I have not had any problems doing this provided you have a good set of visegrips.Jens

Acyually the alen slot stripping out is not uncommon here in the shop so I gave up on it and now only use the above mentioned method besides it is alot faster than dicking around with that silly little allen key BS that Acura provides.Jens
