I've just about decided to get the Comptech s/c when the piggyback computer comes out (I have the TL-S)...

Questions are: I was just about to get the A'pexi v-afc in another two weeks. It's supposed to only be like $220 + install (he said $75) in the eyeglass holder, and after tuning he was advising another 10hp, but about a 15lb tq gain across the rpm range...He has the exact same car and mods except he has OBX headers instead of Comptech, 19's, a kit, subs and extra weight. The car seemed about as fast as mine, but certainly had some more low end stomp than mine did...Would it do me any good??? Do you think this will duplicate the potential functions of the piggyback? Would it be overkill?

Secondly, I have an opportunity to buy UR pullies for only $150...I would think the s/c kit comes with some of this, right? I drive a lot of miles as well. I've heard the UR crank pulley might not be a good idea in the long run...

dont get the underdrive pullies as comptech uses the alternator pulley to drive the blower if you change the crank pulley you will underdrive the blower and hence less boost since the blower will turn slower.next wait for the comptech piggy back i wouldnt play with the apex because comptech uses an esm unit to trick the map sensor so it doesnt see boost.the esm is electronic signal modifier.hope this helps
