need some pages out of the service manual ASAP
I'm having a problem getting my lower intake runners/fuel injection bases off the engine.
If someone has the removal instructions it would help me out alot.
I was considering leaving them on but,a tip of one of my injectors is missing so it has to come off now.
I'm praying it did not get past the valves.
Please somebody get me some instructions
because of now I'm just messing up the gaskets by wedging screw drivers in between and banging them with a hammer.

I don't have a manual, but check out alldatadiy.com . It's even more detailed than the manuals. They have an example car, which is an accord. You can take a look at the instructions for that as they may be similar.

the way it's looking to me atleast one of the heads has to come off to get them out.
I really wish someone who has changed them could tell me differnt.
I'm familar working on cars but,I'm not familar with the j32 at all.
I can take it apart but,with out the repair manual I won't have torq spec's or know how to set the timming correctly.
I don't know if there dots to line up for the timming or what.
If the heads have to come off they will be getting a freshing.timming belt and water pump to I guess.

back one came out wresting that mutha f@#!a for 15-20min.
Front one is still on there.and I'm taking a break before I start smashing something,that one is really on there.Once it get lose it will fall off.
The tip of the injector was on top of the motor so thats all good.
The thing that is a pita is the 2 studs that go threw the middle of the lower runner .It wont let you just pull it off.
If they can be taken out and bolts put in it will go back together so easy.
1 good thing I found was the opening in the head is already gasket matched. There some light at the end of the tunnel I guess.

another 25-30 min fight till it was dark and the front is still on.
screwdrivers,chisels banged all the way threw and theirs still one pin that wont come out I'm guessing on the far right.
by the time it's off the head might need to be resurfaced.
I hope not thou,I've been keeping everything on top of the 3 gaskets.

Ok now I think I'm part of the idiot club.
Just looked the same runner thats going on and looks like its has 5 bolts not 4 like the rear.
So the pin I'm trying to get out is probally a bolt.
It's directly under one of the runner where you can't see it.
That's what you get for trying to work on a car without the manual.
I'm going to see if there's a bolt there and take it off in the dark.
