need some adivce.

well i just picked up a set of 04 tl rims. for 200. the price was just to tempting, but 3 rims are curbed. my question is should i resale them and try to get some more cash off of it. or keep them, sell my set of curbed type S's and repair them. the only reason im stressing over it is because of the money issue. im in my last year of high school and work only weekends so money is kinda tight on me. ill post pics later of the rims. too dark to take some now. thanks guys

you should look around and find a local shop that will refinish your wheels for cheap before selling anything if they do a good job the wheels will look almost new condition but if you cant find a local shop or if you dont have the money to refinish your wheels i would sell them and find another set of cheap ones IN GOOD CONDITION

That's not too bad, but it brings up your investment to about $350 and you won't get more than about $400 for them. Especially if you mention that they were refinished.

IMO, if you repair stock wheels, they are for your use, not re-sale.

well how much do you like these rims? if you like them alot then you should get tires + refinish them. also depending how bad the rashes are. if it costs that much to refinish them i say forget it.

you can get a good set with used tires for cheaper. check your local craigslist.
