Need info on Optima Yellow Tops

So I bought an Optima D34/78 Yellow Top thinking it was the absolute best purchase I can make.

Then...on the sticker I see it ranked @ 650 CCA when online, it is advertised @ 750 CCA.

I do a Google search and found other D34/78's and found some @ 550 CCA.

I am soo confused! All this time I thought there was only ONE type of D34/78 Yellow Top available...can someone please clarify?!

Why don't you check out their main site? www.optimabatteries.com

Yellow tops are good for deep cycle if you plan to discharge at a slow rate, especially if you have a crazy stereo setup. Red tops are for cranking power, I have two redtops in my other vehicles which are rated at 900 cca.

Of course I checked out the website. The website said 750CCA yet when I got my battery it said 650...that's why I'm confused. ESPECIALLY when I did more searches on it and found others @ 550. I'm just saying...all this time I thought there was only 1 type of D34/78.
