i flush my whole brake system just now, and when i on the car, i get a check engine light, Anyone has this happen to them?

CEL has nothing to do with the brake system. It seems like you have another problem. Is it flashing or just steady? Get a free reading at Autozone or Kragen.

 

it was steady. Went to autozone to get it scan, it says something about aux input/output. Than i remeber that i moved the thing next to the brake fluid container, so i just shake that plastic box a little, and its fixed. W0000t. thanks for all the help

 

Sounds like the little plastic box was your fuse box. You might try reseating the fuses in case any others are loose.
