Need help on debadging...

Ok so...I REALLY need anybody's help...

I just got finished taking off the A C U R A by using dental floss...then I sprayed Goo Gone on it and let it soak...then I used a CC to remove the MAJORITY of the adhesive...

HOWEVER...

I can faintly see the outlining of the letters still w/ some adhesive that won't come off...All ive been using is a CC and a towel to scrub, but nothing is working. What can i do?? thanks!

`John

P.S. WOW it looks so much better

i finally used my fingernail to take off exactly what you are talking about. a few coats of wax should take care of any abrasions you may have caused.

I can still see faint lines outlining mine, too. I'll clay it and wax it when the weather warms around here.

Heat it up with a hair dryer, then use GS27 or Scratch X. I've debadged atleast 10 cars this way!

hey, I finished doing the debadging. All I had to do was use the goo-gone and the CC to scrape away the remaining of the adhesive. I also used my nail to get the bear minimum. Afterwards I washed it and then I waxed the area, and it's perfect!

Fuck paying the dealership, lol

heres a pic

40$ is suck a rip, but for a 3yr old car it might be worth it.

I still see some stuff on my car, but only I see it. CLaying didn't help much.
