Anyone live in the area of Philadelphia that could assist me in clearing out my headlights?

 

I don't know of any places in Philly. I would like to know how to clean out a headlight. I have one new one that's cleared & cleaned and one old that is dirty. It's an eye sore and very offsetting. How can I clean out the old headlight? Or is it better to replace it with a new one? If so how?

 

all you need is a heat gun and a couple of flat head screw drivers. i cleared mine and painted the housing to match the car
