Allright I need some serious help, Like the correct way to go about this no some smart ass answer. And thank god scorpdick isn't here or he would prob correct grammar somewhere in here.

Anyhow to the fucking car
My tranny died March 2nd, I got my Car back Tuesday the 16th of April. Right there according to AZ lemon law I could have gotten a new one. Under 24K miles out for more than 30 days with mechincal issue. Well I didn't bitch cause basically my dad owns the car and he didn't want ot create problems.

well I got the car back Tuesday afternoon and the car's performance was a lot worse than before (ran 6.6-6.9 to 60 before, was running 7.8-8.0 when I got it back Tuesday.) So I was a little fucking confused but I figured I'd give it 200 miles.

Well the shifts weren't great the whole time driving it the past week. They were rough and delayed. But then tonight I started the car around 7pm after it had been idle for about 4 hours so it was cold. The shifts were banging hard and it was all messed up. like totally uncomfrotable. I drove it aorund for 10 miles and it was horrible. Sometimes you woudl take off and it would go to 2nd then 1st and sort of semi-stall in the street. I brought it back in let it sit for an hour and went back out with it. Well it ran fucking great, it was smooth upshifting and downshifting it also ran great times well not great but almost back to what is was running with the old tranny a few months back.

Anyhow here is my question, What should I do. I ccould have eaily called lemon law on them for this last time out. I am not waiting for this 2nd one to blow and driving uncomfortable. So how should I approach this. My sales and service people are morons, can I take it to another dealer? should I call acura customer service and if so what should I say.

Also if it isn't happening all the time how do I tell them they didn't fix shit.

I thought the lemon law was inder 24k with the same problem at least 3 times

 

It differs for every state, Arizona's states if the car is not useable for 30 days with a major mechicncal issue in it's first 2 years or 24K miles.

 

If that is the case, I would return the car and try to bargain for a 03'
