Are you asking to take it out from the bumper??

There's a phillips screw holding the lamp assemly on the left side of the right lamp, or screw on the right side of the left lamp.

Shine a flashlight thru the grill and you'll see them.

I'll need a long phillips screwdriver to reach the screws.

After you loosen the screws, reach thru the grill with your left hand and push the right lamp housing out, or right hand and push the left housing.

If it seems stuck, maybe loosen the screws some more.... the screws do not come out of the housing. Or try pushing closes to the side of where the screw is.

Once you have the housing out, gently shake the bulb, til the connector end is in the hole; then use a needle nose piers to pull out the bulb.

Or, since he is such a nice guy we could just PayPal Shawn FIVE BUCKS whenever he shows us something helpful from his SIXTY-DOLLAR manual.

Hint…Hint….
