I looked in my owner's manual maintance schedule and did not see anything on how offten power steering fluid needs to be changed. Perhaps there is no need to ever change it, only to add some if it falls bellow "Low" ?

I think it's on an as needed basis. During the winter in my 92 Legend, my steering wheel was almost un-turnable for 5-10 minutes after starting up my car. I took it in and they flushed the power steering fluid and noticed it was discolored. After that, the issue never came back.
