I have a box I need to mount in the interior of my CLS. It's 6X6X2.5 & about 3lbs. It need to be accsessable to the driver for control. It will fit in the console, but the wiring would be a problem, & it's not really accessable. It woun't fit under the dash or the drivers side console cause my legs are in the way. I'd rather not have it on the passanger side. I think that covers the mounting locations. Any ideas where to mount it?

In front of the drivers seat won't work either.
It's a siren box for my volunteer duty.
I'll have tone control from the horn pad, but I need access to the PA mic.

 

How about inside the arm-rest console? Or maybe the door pocket on the botton of the driver's side.

 

what about if you take out the cup holders and mount it in there somehow? Or possibly in the glove box, but not sure if it'll fit in there or not?
