Need advice on Comptech stainless steel brake line and brake fluid

I have the rotora rotors and axxis ultimate brake pads. I am interested in getting some stainless steel brake lines. So i have decided to get comptech stainless steel brake line. The only problem is that what brake fluid should i get. Do i have to get brake fluid or should i not. If so which one should i get. In fact should i even get the brake line and the fluid or just should just settle with the rotors and pads. Thanks for any info.

You must bleed your lines when changing them. Motul 5.1 or ATE Super Blue 5.1 is good.

DO NOT use DOT 5.

Jens recommened a good fluid when I did mine. Don't remember what is was off hand though. PM him & ask. Think it was Castrol something.

IMO upgraded brakes should be coupled with s.s. lines and fittings. quicker response zero fade due to rubber stock line bulging/deforming over time.

I am trying to get the Motul 600. Comptech told me that its DOT 4 and its boiling point is 593 degrees F. Acura just told me that they use DOT 3 and their boiling point is 284 degrees F. So Motul 600 it is. Anyone know how many liters of the fluid should i buy. Here is the link if anyone is interested.

I had the Comptech SS lines installed at Park Ave Acura by Jens .. like fuzzy said, he recommended upgrading to better fluid .. I believe it was Castrol Synthetic brake fluid? don't quote me on that but I'm pretty sure it was Castrol brand.
