Anyone with the AP Signworks door sills put Xpel on them to protect them
I just ordered a set and heard they scratch easily. I was considering putting some Xpel on them to protect them, but someone on the TL board thought it would get caught on the bottom of the door.
Anybody try this?

Sorry, I don't. However, I think they'd clear the door with Xpel since it's only 8mil thick. Also, have you thought about spraying them with clear coat lacquer?
I've had my sills since the original groupbuy (June?) and they look just like the day I installed them. No scratches.

It's a paint and headlight protection film. Prevents rock chips, scratches, etc from damaging the paint. I plan to use it over the door sills to prevent scuff marks.
