Navi USER1 & USER2 password?
Navi USER1 & USER2 password?
OK, since the second I got my car the USER1 and USER2 feature never worked for me. The book said to just enter the code or wahtever... nothing works and I don't know what the passwords are. How does one reset this??? I tried all the stupid combos like 1111, 1234, etc.
Call the service dept. where you bought your car. They should have that info in their computer. You can get the radio code too (just in case you disconnect the battery.)

I was told that if you disconnect the battery, you have to put in the radio code to get it to work. Not sure about the Navi though.

If you leave the battery off for 20-30 minutes (I tried 10-25 minutes, and always lost the radio settings, but never the Navi settings), the NAVI will get reset. You then get a screen that asks you for the code on the that "CARD" that they were supposed to give you. Then, you enter that code. The "Personal" settings remain, the most recently used settings get a brain wipe. The Personal User info should revert to the code on that card, and any user destinations should remain. (So said the Acura engineer I talked with...)

Heres the quick and simple answer. When it asks for pin #, punch in the original main Navi code. This will open the system and you can then program new pin #s or just leave them out. The main navi code is found on the card with the radio code you should have been given at time of delivery.
