Picked up a nail in my tire w/7k miles, Sears said it can't be repaired. Went to the acura dealer and the parts guy had an 03 TLS rim/tire set, w/ 15 miles. I've been wanting the polished Acura S wheels too. Sold me the set of 4 new stock Mich tires for $200 and I bought the rims too.

The parts guy said the TLS rim is better than the 01-02 CLS rim because it does not stick out over the rubber like the CLS does. I'm finally happy with these rims and brand new too, for $500.
So everything worked out great IMO.

So now I have 12 03 TypeS stock rims, and 8 stock tires, 1 with a nail. Am going to try to sell the 2 03 CLS sets locally to avoid shipping hassles.

Never liked the stock 03 CLS painted rims on my white car. I was trying to sell the car too so I found a set of chrome stocks that I thought might spice it up but I still couldn't sell it.
I prefer the machined 01-02 CLS wheels so got the similar TLS rims today. It was just as cheap to get the 4 tires too since I needed a new tire anyway.
So now I need to sell the 2 CLS rim sets.
No pix yet but you know what the TLS / CLS wheels look like anyway.
