my tints!!!!!!

Well, some of you might think i'm picky as hell, but I just got my tints on last month, and yep, i already have a scratch, damnit! I just feel like shooting someone now! WHY? Because the shop that installed them won't do anything for me!

The scratch is about half an inch long and not too deep on the passenger window. I might be picky, but this pisses me off!

Does someone have any suggestions so I can get rid of it?

not to my knowledge.

DOes it have lifetime warranty? If so, start peeling it from the top corner just a little bit, then after a couple of months go and make it replace under warranty. Worked for; I had a scratch, but I did not pull the tint on purpose.

OK...did u confront them about the scratch allready...if not then do what zamo says. If u complained to them allready u might have to wait a couple of months so they forget about the scratch. AND if u are that anal and can't wait then just go get it re-done. It can't cost that much to get one easy window done.

If you did the scratch, I don't know why the tint shop should be liable? I'd just dish out the $40 or so to have it retinted if it really bothers you.

My tint shop gave me a free re-tint on any one window ... no questions asked! It's a nice added benifit that this shop offers. I haven't had to use it but it's nice to know that it's there.

Wish my shop would have done that, I'd be going back and getting 5% on my back window.

damn 5% is too much. I have issues at night when rainy with 13%. Can't imagine with 5%.

I always laugh when I read "tints", as if you have multiple layer of tinting going on or something.

5% is more for the night time, and I don't usually have anything behind me since I live in Jersey.

In theory we can all get a supercharger for our cars, but it just won't happen.
