coming along nicely. but if ur gonna leave that bond on there at least rough up the paint and put some fiber glass resin over it to make it a bit stronger, but still will crack sooner or later.

great job putting on that lip to your cls..i see your'e also hmong. xD i am hmong myself but from chico. i was just wondering are those the sideskirts and back lip from the tl that was posted online in craigslist? i was thinking about calling them and checking if they still have the sideskirt and lip..but if you already took it..guess i'll try lookin for some.. xD good job with it.. cant wait to see the done pics.

The front lip is pissing me off, I cant fuckin work with this shit i wish i would of gotten the 99-01. For the whole week i only got like half done cus of the damn gaps i keep getting from the lip not flushing with the bumper.

If the front lip follows the body line of bumper you should get small gaps near where the fogs are.

im ok with the small gaps near the road lamps its just that i gotta stretch the sides so it will cover up the gaps on the sides, not completely but that will do.

you shouldn't have cut any of the ends of the lips where the wheel well is. All you need to do is cut the lip into 3 pieces and epoxy it on, then fill the gaps. Distorted and evan have made nice DIY. You should have followed them.

yea i shouldnt cut the flaps at the fender lining guess i screw up on that part. but i did cut the lip into three pieces and now there lining up pretty good, cant wait to finish this up for good.

lol yup exactly what i said FUCK IT! I was hoping to keep the top flap and stick it on top of the lower grill as its suppose to originally be. But if i do that, then the sides wont flush so fuck it, the top flap has to go

ill put up something, just need to get sum pictures organize and ill post em up.

yup all i need now is to sand the bondo off and pain that shit.

Well yea it's the 99-01 but I feel like it's not really much of a difference in the method.

yeah i know theres 3 different ones.. but i haven't really worked with this kind of lip and he did a little more then the first gen lip would have done

yea there's not much diff between those two styles. the sides and rear lip are exactly the same. the front lip is a bitch, it dont want to work wit u so ull have to force her to work wit u. but all u need to do is cut the top flap out and it fit rite under the bumper or keep it and try to work wit it, unfortunately not for me but im happy wit the result
