My New Car

After a 3 year stint with my CL-S...a car that i love..i have decided to go SUV/Crossover. My first choice was the FX..but the price was a little out of my range, so went with the Murano.
Car rides great, CVT is a very different drive, kinda zaps the power a bit off the line, but from a roll...this car hauls ass. Great exhaust note, sound system is fantastic, and overall room/comfort is surprising above average. Cool reclining rear seats, tons of storage space. WIth the seats folded down, this car can carry lots of shit.
So overall...happy with the car, but i miss the get up and go (off the line) from the CL-S. Besides that...this car kicks ass

this is a non nav car...sticker was just over 35k

the tint + the side bars (flush mounted)+upgraded fog =$400

as far as liking them more than the Infiniti, this styling has definetly grown on me...of course now that i have one.

Only thing with the FX, i just cant see picking up lumber or anything else from Lowes in an Infinti. Just doesnt fit.
The MO is the working mans FX.

You will learn to really like the Murano, my wife has one and it is a kick in the ass to drive. Nissan really paid attention to detail with the Murano...cannot say the same for the rest of thier fleet.

Looks good and enjoy...some 22's would look sweet on thier.

I just had an SL AWD model for over month while working out of town.

I put over 6000 miles on it, and all I can say is that it is a great vehicle. Roomy, well layed out, nice power. CVT tranny is nice and responsive.

Had that thing on the backroads of RT 52 for one of my trips, you believe what you can get away with in that car in the twisties.

well done nissan. congrats on your purchase.

Nice ride.

How does it fit in the garage? Hard to believe it is shorter than the CL.

thats right....it is based on the altima platform and the FX the 350z/g35 platform.

I have heard a lot of people sat that the MO looks like a big 350Z from the rearend.....i guess the tails and the dual exhaust are the real similarities....obviously, it is not the same car entirely.
